Other info:

The unit will be clean and sanitary upon arrival.  Basic cleaning is included; however renters are responsible for leaving the unit in tidy condition prior to check-out.  If the unit has been misused the renter will be responsible for the cost of damage repair and/or any restorative cleaning services required.

 

Pets are allowed in our rental unit; however there is a $50 fee per stay for deep cleaning to completely remove pet dander.  This fee may be waved at management’s discretion for hypoallergenic breeds.  Owners are responsible for any pet damage.

 

Please no smoking.  Any smoking in the unit will result in a $250 fee for restorative cleaning.
