RV & Trailer Storage:

□   Annual: Less than 30' $40/month. 30' or more $50/month.  Billed quarterly.

□   Winter - October 1st to May 30th: Less than 30' $299. 30' or more $349.  Paid in full.

□   Monthly: Less than 30' $50/month. 30' or more $60/month. 2 month min., billed monthly

□   Short-Term: $12.50 per day

Sales of stored property: Any property under storage agreement may be listed as for sale, provided they are clearly marked with your First Name, Phone Number and Asking Price.  The office must be notified of any item listed for sale and any balances settled in full prior to property removal.

Road side display: Property intended for sale may be displayed more prominently along Route 25 for an additional 2% of Asking Price for up to 8 weeks, paid in advance. After 8 weeks the unit will be moved back into the primary storage area, unless display fees are renewed.

In-Park Services:

□   RV Winterization: $99* 

□   Roof sweep & inspection: $49

□   RV exterior wash n' wax & de-winterize: $149

□   Off Season Service Bundle (all 3 above): $249

□   Minor repairs $49/hour + parts

□   Add Crushed stone $50/yd - delivered, spread, raked & compacted

□   Camper moves $49

Event Field Rental:

Riverbrook has a beautiful event field available for groups from 25 to 250.  Overlooking the Baker River with full mountain views, this field offers the perfect back drop for your wedding, charity event or large family gathering.  Guest may use our facilities and amenities during your event.  Field fees are $500 which includes 1/2 day before and after for set up and break down.
